Weekly Menu: November 11–15

Monday
Breakfast: Whole grain pancakes with banana slices and milk
Lunch: Grilled chicken, brown rice, steamed broccoli, and applesauce
Snack: Yogurt with mixed berries

Tuesday
Breakfast: Oatmeal with raisins and orange slices
Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread, carrot sticks, and grapes
Snack: Whole-grain crackers with hummus

Wednesday
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, whole grain toast, and apple juice
Lunch: Spaghetti with meat sauce, side salad, and pineapple
Snack: Pretzels and cheese cubes

Thursday
Breakfast: Waffles with strawberries and milk
Lunch: Chicken quesadilla, corn, and mixed fruit cup
Snack: Trail mix (cheerios, raisins, mini marshmallows)

Friday
Breakfast: Yogurt parfait with granola and blueberries
Lunch: Fish sticks, mashed potatoes, peas, and peaches
Snack: Graham crackers with sun butter
